Revamping who YOU are can be hard with the first mental thought
of changing yourself. Changing who you are physically and mentally for a Better
you can be closer than you THINK. The definition to revamped means to patch up,
restore or renovate, it also means to revise or reconstruct. The term revamp
has also been related to shoes which I love (to change the sole of shoes). This
can be looked at for what it is or deeper than that. If ones sole of their
shoes were looked at like life, instead of putting on another pair of shoes,
one can work with what they have by revamping the sole and making it a new.
There are many steps to revamping your life for the better. You can work from
within first or vice versa ,which is one of my personal favorites because I
believe how you look can definitely Chanel how you feel "if you look good
you feel good". Others may feel they have to clear who they are internally
before understanding who they appear to be on the outside. So the question everyone
must ask themselves when you look in the mirror, what do you see? Well you are
about to see a new UFIT- ing image of yourself.
Okay, Instead of creating a laundry list of huge long-term goals, try writing
up a more action-oriented list that has specific behaviors to guide you to
accomplishing your goal to a new improve FITTING
IMAGE, Doing this will help you not only keep your eye on the long-term
prize, but stay focused on the daily things you can do to get you there. It may
look something like this:

ReplyDeleteI think Gabrielle Union/ Wavy Look. I love her skin tone and you dont find that many darker skinned girls in the spotlight!
ReplyDeleteI simply love this post. It kind of gives you a generic "rule book" on how to achieve a "better you". Taking smaller steps in between the bigger ones is definitely the best route to go. I learned in college that setting more attainable short term goals will get you closer to your desired end result a lot faster than setting larger unattainable goals that you would less likely succeed in.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing ♥

I gotta give it up to Monique..I remember when she use to say F skinny Bs and everything else, so I always thought she would stay plus sized. The fact that she put her pride aside and put her health first lets me know she changed for the better! And Raven omg! she is sooo pretty its ridiculous!
